Jill Melton, Editor in Chief of Relish magazine, brings with her more than 20 years of experience as food editor, registered dietitian, chef and author. A strong background in nutrition has been the foundation of Jill's career. She has a bachelor's degree in nutrition and a master's degree in public health nutrition, and has served as a public health nutritionist and as a nutrition consultant. A mother of two school-aged children, Jill's desire to feed her kids nutritious foods has led to her enthusiastic work to make dramatic changes in school lunch programs in the U.S.
