Tangerine Sorbet
The honey adds a nice sweetness to the fresh tangerines. If you have very sweet tangerines you can decrease the amount of honey. You can easily double this recipe. Use orange juice in place of tangerine juice, if desired.

2 cups fresh tangerine juice
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup honey
Instructions
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup honey
1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk to blend well. Chill well.
2. Pour into the canister of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions (or for granita, pour mixture into a 9-by-9-inch pan, and freeze 8 hours, scraping occasionally with a fork). Spoon into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm. Serves 4.

Grapefruit Champagne Granita
Ingredients
2 cups fresh red grapefruit juice (about 4 medium grapefruit)
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup dry champagne
Instructions
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup dry champagne
1. Place juice and sugar iin a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat, add champagne. Pour mixture into a 9x9-inch pan; freeze 8 hours, scraping occasionally with a fork. Serves 6.
