Frozen Honey Banana Pops
8 popsicle sticks
1/2 cup honey
1 1/3 cups finely chopped nuts, coconut, carob chips, dried fruit, or graham cracker crumbs
1. Cut bananas in half cross-wise. Insert a popsicle stick into each cut end. Freeze 30 minutes on a wax paper-lined tray.
2. Meanwhile, spread nuts (or other toppings) on a plate or plates. Spoon about 1 tablespoon honey over frozen banana, rotating and smoothing honey with back of spoon to coat all sides. Roll banana in topping until coated on all sides, pressing with fingertips to help adhere. Return to wax paper-lined tray and repeat with remaining bananas. Freeze at least 15 minutes to set toppings. Serves 8.

Pineapple Orange Honey Smoothie
1 1/2 cups diced pineapple
1 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
5 to 10 ice cubes

Honey Cherry Almond Granola Bars
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
3 cups low-fat granola
1/2 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup dried cherries
2. Whisk together honey, butter, egg whites, cinnamon, and almond flavoring. Stir in granola, almonds and cherries. Pat into 9-inch nonstick (or well-greased) square pan. Using a piece of wax paper, firmly press granola mixture in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Place pan on a cooling rack. Cool completely; cut into bars. Makes 12-16 bars.

Icy Fruit Tea
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup crushed, packed fresh mint leaves
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Ice cubes
1 1/2 quarts carbonated water
2. Mix fruit juices in 1-quart container. Add tea concentrate and refrigerate until ready to use.
5. For tea, fill 12-ounce glass with ice cubes. Add 1/2 cup tea-juice mixture. Fill glass with carbonated water. Garnish with a pineapple spear and mint sprig if desired. Serves 6.

Honey Strawberry Tea Cooler
1/4 cup honey
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups brewed green tea, cooled
2. Add orange juice concentrate; process until well blended.
3. Stir into cooled tea. Serve over ice. Serves 4.

Zippy Honey Dressing
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup water
