Relish Cooking Expo Hopkinsville, Ky.

Relish magazine teamed up with the Kentucky New Era newspaper in Hopkinsville in September to produce the first ever Relish Cooking Expo. Featuring Relish Executive Chef Jon Ashton, the event featured vendors from the Hopkinsville area, entertainment by country-music singer Kyle Wyley, and an audience eager to interact with Jon.

Here are the recipes Jon demonstrated at the expo, along with some of our favorite photos clips.

The kids then retreated to their respective kitchens to sauté up their own sauce.

And finally, bon apétite.
