• Make macerated berries by crushing fresh or frozen berries with agave nectar
• Use in cakes and other baked good by substituting ¾ cup agave nectar for each cup of sugar and reducing the amount of liquid by about one-third.
Banana Fudge Smoothie
Ingredients
½ cup soft silken low-fat tofu
2 ripe medium bananas, frozen and cut into 1-inch chunks
2 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon agave nectar or dark honey
