A meat, a starch and, in some cases, a vegetable covered in a can of cream of mushroom soup—that’s a Minnesota Hot Dish. This Sam’s Club of dishes—with its inexpensive ingredients and huge servings—is a staple of Minnesota winter menus. Looking for a Hot Dish to serve on a cold winter night?
