Lemon Frozen Yogurt with Blackberries
Ingredients
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cups plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh blackberries
Instructions
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cups plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh blackberries
1. Combine lemon rind and juice, yogurt, sugar, and salt; mix well. Pour into canister of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Serve with blackberries. Serves 4.
