Cloudy Iced Tea

I've been having a problem with making Iced Tea.. My problem is this.. No matter what brand of Tea Bags I use, my iced tea turns out cloudy. It starts out clear but then as the tea cools it gets cloudy.. I've tried not putting it in the refrig. while it's hot, tried putting in the refrig. when it cooled off... Nothing works.. Can someone tell me why this is happening.
