Recipe: Love Me Tender Pork Tenderloin
I am questioning using the marinade for a sauce after soaking the raw meat. I have always understood that this is dangerous because of the bacteria in raw meat. Usually you reserve some marinade ahead of time, not using it for the meat, only for the sauce.

If you boil it or simmer in this case it will get to a high enough heat and kill the bacteria.

Indeed, simmering the marinade in the skillet used to cook the pork, will remove any bacteria from the raw meat. Good question.
