Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix the olive oil with 3 tablespoons of the honey in a medium-size bowl. Dip each filet in the honey mixture, and then roll and press it in the pecans. Place in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the parsley, salt, and pepper. Drizzle a bit more honey over each filet. Bake for 10 minutes, until the fish flakes with a fork.
