1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and torn into small pieces
1 head cauliflower, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 box (about 2 cups) seasoned croutons
2 cups cashews
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2. Stir together mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan cheese. The dressing and salad can be made ahead and dressed just before serving, making this a great potluck dish. Serves 10 to 12.
