Mango-Ginger Relish

Mango-Ginger Relish Recipe

Ingredients
2 mangoes, peeled and diced
3 tablespoons minced red onion
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
Pinch cayenne
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve with grilled chicken, pork or fish. Yield: 2 cups.
