All-Purpose Asian Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
Instructions
3 tablespoons fish sauce 1/4 cup light soy sauce 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons honey 3 garlic cloves, chopped 1 jalapeņo, seeded and chopped Chopped fresh cilantro or basil
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar, shake well. Cover and chill for up to 2 weeks. Entire recipe will cover 2 pounds, chicken, fish, beef or pork. Yield: about 2 1/2 cups.
