Ingredients

1/2 cup red wine
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup water

Instructions
1. Place all ingredients except water in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well. Add water and shake again. Flavor improves if make a day ahead. Serves 16.
