In my 38 years on earth, I have attempted(not successfully) to make real mashed potatoes twice. After watching a few episodes of Kitchen Nightmares, Chef Ramsey inspired me to try again...and this recipe is just so wonderful. This time my potatoes didn't come out like that paste you eat when you're in elementary school...this time they got rave reviews from the whole family, and were fluffy and tasty.
Thank You for my success!
