Brussels Sprouts and Chestnuts Recipe





Ingredients
2 1/2 cups shelled chestnuts (about 1 pound unshelled)
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Coarsely ground black pepper
2 ounces chopped ham
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Toss chestnuts, Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper together on a baking sheet. Roast 30 to 40 minutes. During the last 10 minutes, stir in ham and soy sauce. Serves 6.
