Not just for salads. I highly recommended this dressing on fish, skirt steak and chicken. I plan to use it to dress bean and fruit salads this summer.

My husband said "This is a keeper" and I concur.

I used rice wine vinegar so I can't attest to the flavor if made with white wine vinegar. I also used a lighter olive oil rather than extra virgin.

This salad dressing is excellent! It appeared in an article about making your own salad dressing and there were 5-6 recipes, this one and another with sun-dried tomatoes. I tried both and thought they were excellent...then, I lost the paper with the recipes. Does anyone out there have the other recipes or names, so that I can search for them? Thank you. 5 Stars!!!!
