Basil Pesto Recipe
Ingredients
3 medium garlic cloves 1 1/4 cups packed fresh basil leaves 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt Coarsely ground black pepper
1. Place garlic in a food processor; pulse to finely chop. Add remaining ingredients; pulse until smooth. Makes about 1 cup.
