Ingredients
3 or 4 small sweet potatoes
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
1. Peel and boil sweet potatoes until tender. Drain. Place in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Using a mixer at medium speed, beat until smooth.
